1.No physical shipping
Action Veda Innovations LLP is a software company. The Action Veda service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessed online through actionveda.app. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical products, so no courier, shipping or delivery charges apply, and no shipping address is required.
2.Electronic delivery of the service

Service emails are sent from an @actionveda.com address. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
3.Delivery issues
If your payment has been confirmed but your access is not activated within 24 hours, write to info@actionveda.com with your payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
4.No returns or exchanges
As the service is digital and made available immediately, returns and exchanges do not apply. You may change your subscription, such as Authorised Users or billing cycle, as permitted within the Service or our Terms & Conditions. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
